26-064 RFP - Consulting Services for Park Washroom Renovations at Various Locations

The City of Guelph (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary consulting teams, lead by an Architect, for the renovations to the existing park washroom buildings located at Guelph Lake, Norm Jary & Riverside Concession as these assets have reached the end of their useful life. The scope of work includes all required consulting services for preliminary design, selection of equipment and furnishings, detailed design, engineering, production of contract documents, cost estimate(s) of all works, and administration of the construction contract and commissioning of the works. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award and be completed upon construction completion in 2028 followed by two years of warranty. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought.
