This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply of all Warranty and non-Warranty Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Repairs, Parts, Preventative Maintenance, and Inspections for Toyota Vehicles on an asand-when-required basis at suppliers’ facility, for the City of Toronto's Fleet Services Division (FSD). Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Repairs, Parts, Preventative Maintenance, and Inspections for Toyota Vehicles, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”).
