Request for Supplier Qualifications for Peer Review for Air Quality and Odour Study, Noise, Vibration Study, Compatibility/Mitigation and Rail Safety and Risk Mitigation
This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective Respondents to submit responses for the purpose of establishing a Multi-Use List (with a rotational selection method) of consulting firms with expertise to conduct peer reviews of the methodology, findings and recommendations of technical studies and/or reports submitted by an applicant in support of development applications within the boundaries of the City of Toronto. Respondents are invited to submit a Response for future eligibility to provide Peer Review services on a project-by-project basis for one or both of the following categories: • Scope A: Air Quality and Odour Study, Noise, Vibration Study, Compatibility/Mitigation (“Nuisance Studies”) • Scope B: Rail Safety and Risk Mitigation (RSRM) Report
