Request for Tender for Green Streets, Road Rehabilitation and Laneway Reconstruction in Wards 5, 11 and 25 RFT response deadline May 20, 2026 at 12.00 PM Toronto Local Time. Mandatory Site Meeting The meeting will be held at the following location and time: Date: April 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM Location: 21 W Hill Dr (21 W Hill Dr, Scarborough Ontario M1E 3T4) Bids will only be accepted from Suppliers who had a company representative(s) attend the site visit in person. Suppliers who do not attend the mandatory briefing will be precluded from submitting a bid. (Virtual option will not be available) Suppliers who do not attend the site meeting will not be eligible to submit a bid and will be precluded from submitting a bid. Suppliers planning to attend the Supplier Meeting should register through the Ariba Message Board (City Online Procurement System) with the following information to the Procurement Contact no later than 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the site visit: • Attendee’s full name; • Job title; and • Company name The site visit will be cancelled if the City does not receive confirmation of intention to attend from any suppliers by the deadline as noted above. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site visit or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant.
